seal

Silicone: A versatile sealant with the widest operating temperature range (-76°F to 600°F). One-component silica gel is moisture cured to form a tough solid. It is a very good general purpose sealant with good weatherability, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and ozone resistance. Silicone sealants are generally easy to squeeze and easy to handle.

Polyurethane type: Polyurethane sealant is mostly single component, good adhesion and extensibility. It is a non-corrosive and flexible product that can bond many substrates, has good performance over a wide temperature range, and is resistant to most chemicals and various climatic environments.

Polysulfide type: single component or two component, 100% solids. Very durable, mainly used for aerospace and general industrial door and window seals. Polysulfide products are resistant to almost all smoke.

Acrylic: Acrylic sealant has good adhesion to most surfaces and is plastic when exposed to UV light or other environments. Universal type, used in many outdoor facilities. Can be coated after curing.

Potting

UV curable: single or two component, 100% solids. Exposure to UV or visible light can be fully cured in 10-20 seconds. Fast curing speed increases productivity.

Polyurethane type: single or double component, good adhesion to most materials and abrasion resistance. Good electrical properties with high drop resistance. Very good low temperature flexibility, the highest operating temperature is 121 °C.

Silicone type: One-component or two-component, it can be 100% solid and is very user friendly. High purity, low toxicity and excellent weatherability. The operating temperature is between -37 and 135 ° C, and it has the best thermal cycle performance.

Epoxy resin type: single component or two component, good adhesion to most substrates, chemical resistance. With very good electrical properties, the curing is essentially free of volatiles.

Coating

UV curing type: Most of the above chemical types can be UV curing. Solvent-free products cure in seconds under UV light/visible light. In addition to acrylic, polyurethane, silicone-based UV-cured Conformal Coating, there are also epoxy-based and acrylic-modified polyurethane-based UV-cured Conformal Coating.

Silicone type: has the highest flexibility, high moisture resistance and fungicidal resistance. It is chemically resistant and easy to repair. Has very good electrical properties, but also has good thermal properties. Solvent-free silicone coatings can be heat cured or moisture cured.

Polyurethane type: It has good moisture resistance, chemical resistance, and very good electrical conductivity. Most one-component polyurethane coatings require careful handling and tight control of the coating and curing environment. Polyurethane coatings are solderable and can be removed with an electric soldering iron. Rework is easier.

Acrylic type: easy to use, the surface is dried at room temperature for more than ten minutes. Has good electrical and physical properties, resistant to fungi. Low heat release or no heat release during curing protects against heat sensitive components. Easy to repair.

Adhesive

UV Curing Adhesives: One-component, solvent-free, UV and visible light-curable adhesives for bonding, coating, potting, and sealing. It can be cured within a few seconds of exposure to UV light or visible light.

Silica gel: One-component silicone adhesive (sealant), which forms a tough solid by moisture curing. It has good weather resistance, abrasion resistance, moisture resistance and chemical resistance. The operating temperature ranges from -24 ° C to 315 ° C.

Polyurethane adhesive: One-component or two-component, good adhesion to slightly surface treated thermoplastic and thermoset plastics. Has good flexibility and durability. There are three curing methods: catalytic curing, heat curing, and evaporation solvent curing. Generally curing is slower.

Hot melt adhesive: A thermoplastic material that, after melting in a sizing machine, wets the surface of the substrate and solidifies to form a bond upon cooling. Fast curing, not a true structural adhesive, but a wide range of bonded substrates.

Epoxy adhesive: It can be one-component or two-component, heated and cured at room temperature. It has a high bond strength to most substrates, sometimes even exceeding the strength of the substrate itself. The epoxy resin is very hard, chemically resistant and weather resistant. It can be designed as a thermally conductive and conductive epoxy.

Instant Adhesive: A one-component adhesive that cures instantly upon contact with a metal surface. Most substrates have good adhesion and high strength. Can have different viscosities, cure speeds, gap filling capabilities and surface compatibility.

Anaerobic adhesive: A one-part adhesive/sealant that cures only under airless conditions. For thread locking, cylindrical holding, pipe thread sealing, flat sealing, etc.

Acrylic adhesive: A structural adhesive with a wide range of bonding, including most types of plastics, slightly treated and untreated metals. Can be divided into two-component catalytic curing, one-component UV curing or thermal curing. The flexibility can be from very good to very good, with weather resistance and fast curing.
