SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern, Substances of High Concern) are a list of hazardous substances regulated by the EU REACH Regulation. Usually updated twice a year. As of June 2018. The latest version is the 19th batch. A total of 191 high-level substances of concern. Because the test project is much higher than the substance of the RoHS directive. The cost of testing is not cheap. It is usually provided by the manufacturer's self-declaration survey.
